Our Story
AIB Marketing & Consulting has provided marketing, event production, and project management needs since 2001 while training young people for success. We have a passion for education, culture, and youth development. Our attention to detail and clear communication allows us to deliver a high quality experience for both our clients and event participants, even on virtual platforms. Our expertise ranges from conference and event planning to social media management, and developing marketing strategies for launching new business ventures.
Aisha's Story (Founder)
Aisha Takiyah Winfield is a connector, a creator, and a master at getting from idea to execution. She loves empowering young people and facilitating their self development. Aisha has a passion for bringing ideas to life.
Aisha has been consulting with businesses, non-profits, and creatives for over 25 years and has earned a solid reputation in event planning, project management, marketing, and community engagement.
She has produced events as innovative as the FRSHWV Teen Music & Tech Festival; as large as the Coalition of Schools Educating Boys of Color’s Annual Gathering of Leaders for over 700 attendees; and as life changing as Camp Jill Scott (Blues Babe Foundation), a free leadership development camp for North Philadelphia youth.
Aisha was named a Philly 360 Creative Ambassador and recognized as one of the regions’ Leaders by the Philadelphia Tribune. She is a graduate of Cornell University; an engaged board member for nonprofits in both Philadelphia and New York; and the Founder/Executive Director of Jr. Music Executive; but her most significant roles are wife and mother.

time with her family, mentoring youth, and exploring nature.
