DESIGN, MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
Clear messaging is important for both invitation only events and those that are open to the public. Our team can provide graphic design and content for marketing materials (including flyers, social media posts, and custom outreach) along with a clear marketing strategy.
PRODUCTION
Our team provides guidance and support in developing the run of show; defining which portions are live, streamed, hybrid, pre-recorded, collaborative, or webinar. We also provide practice sessions and support to alleviate technical issues.
EVENT STAFF
Our experienced AIB event team can handle chat management, social media management, and breakout group facilitation on the day of your event.
SPEAKER & SPONSOR RELATIONS
We become an extension of your team with our white glove service to provide pre-event outreach to speakers and sponsors. Our VIP Concierge will serve as the day of event contact for speakers and sponsors; along with post event follow up.
We communicate with hired photographers and videographers for desired coverage and event elements to capture. We can also advise on packaging and storage options after the event.

Strategy is the key to success. We will customize a strategy for you after completing a marketing analysis and social media audit of your existing accounts.
